Last September, different members of the Organizational Comitee went to Crestuma (Portugal) in order to pick up the flag that will flutter in Banyoles from the 22nd to the 26th of September 2010.
Between all the assistents in the take over from Crestuma, there was Miquel Vilanova, second deputy mayor of Banyoles, and Joan Antón Abellán, Executive Director of the future Championships.
